TERMS OF SALES

Any order placed with Laurie Déco et lumière's workshop implies the prior acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions indicated below.

Article 1 - Object and intellectual property

These conditions govern the contractual relations between the workshop of Laurie déco et lumière Registration number 53369116800033, whose head office is located at 4 impasse de la combe 05110 lardier-et-valenca, craftsman creator of decorative textile articles and '' accessories for babies, children and adults, and the person purchasing products, defined as the customer of the site https://latelierdelauriedecoetlumieres.com

The seller reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions (GTC) at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time of validation of the order, therefore from the date of payment.

All the creations presented on the Atelier de laurie deco et lumière website are the property of the laurie deco et lumière workshop and its creator. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property and registered with the INPI. Any counterfeiting or reproduction, even partial, is liable to legal proceedings. Any use or reproduction without authorization of texts, comments, photos and articles on this site is strictly prohibited (article 4; 335-3).

Article 2 - Products

The articles are made by the creator of the laurie deco et lumière workshop, by hand, in unique pieces or very mini-series. As a result, they may present irregularities or some differences in size, color, etc. from one part to another.

The photos of the items presented are not contractual.

Each item is presented by a description made by the designer.

Article 3 - Tariff

The price of the items are indicated in euros including VAT (VAT not applicable - Articles 293 B of the CGI) and excluding processing and shipping costs.

They are only valid on the day the order is confirmed.

All orders are payable in euros and on the day of the order.

the atelier de laurie deco et lumière reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The item will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order, namely during payment.

The items remain the property of laurie deco et lumière workshop until full payment of the price.

Article 4 - Order

Each item sold on the laurie deco et lumière workshop website is made with care in my workshop and may therefore present variations with a similar item.

laurie deco et lumière's workshop mainly produces items to order, in order to make personalized items, made as close as possible to customers' wishes.

Usually, the articles are made within one week, after the validation of the order. Please note, this delay does not take into account the delivery time which is then added, once the order has been shipped.

However, depending on the number of orders recorded, and at certain times of the year, manufacturing times may be extended. This information will be communicated in advance when confirming the order.

For items named "In stock", once the order has been confirmed, they are prepared and shipped within 7 working days maximum.

The confirmation of the order will be worth signature and acceptance of the GTC.

Article 5 - Rules

The validation of the order entails the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products and personalized and / or made-to-measure creations.

The payment of your purchases is made by credit card via stripe, check, bank transfer or even by secure PayPal system encrypting your data.

In the case of payment by bank transfer or check, the processing of the order will be longer and validated, only upon receipt of payment (transfer or check).

Once the payment has been initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. In accordance with article L. 13262 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable. By providing their banking information during the sale, the customer authorizes the laurie deco et lumière workshop to debit their card for the amount relating to the price indicated. The customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or in the event that it is impossible to debit the card, the sale will be automatically terminated and the order canceled.

Article 6 - Delivery

The items are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the validation of his order.

The laurie deco et lumière workshop sends the items to mainland France and worldwide.

Depending on the weight and / or the item, shipping is done by post, registered letter or colissimo. Shipping via Mondial Relay is also available.

The customer can choose the shipping method he wishes when confirming his order.

The shipping costs include the costs of preparing the package as well as the shipping costs of La Poste or Mondial Relay.

the laurie deco et lumière workshop declines all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products, bad weather or a strike.

For personalized items created to measure, the deadlines will be communicated at the time of validation of the order (the estimate given on the item sheet).

Article 7 - Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalty.

Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

Return costs are your responsibility.

In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the laurie deco et lumière workshop will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of notification of your request.

THIS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR PERSONALIZED, TAILOR-MADE AND / OR ARTICLES CREATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CUSTOMER.

These items will not be returned or exchanged.

Any return request must first be made by email to the laurie deco et lumière workshop.

Article 8 - Responsibilities

Article 9 - Applicable law in the event of disputes

These conditions of sale are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
